Dr Saffan Qureshi is a GP with over 15 years’ experience in the NHS and currently works as a Senior Medical Director and Principal Investigator for clinical research at Operose Health. Trained at UCL, he specialises in substance misuse, long-term conditions, and supporting people with complex health needs. He is also a GP Trainer and actively involved in clinical research, helping translate innovation into everyday practice. His work is driven by a commitment to compassionate, person-centred care, reducing health inequalities, and improving access through digital solutions.

Dr Saffan Qureshi

Senior Medical Director

Dr Lucy Goodeve-Docker is a GP with 15 years’ NHS experience and serves as a GP Educator, PCN Clinical Director, and Digital Lead in Lambeth. She is a recognised leader in digital primary care, having led multiple local and nationally significant programmes, including patient registration automation and modernisation of primary care telephony. She has also supported system resilience during major service disruptions and led diagnostics initiatives across Lambeth. Her clinical interests include women’s health and paediatrics.

Dr Lucy Goodeve-Docker

Dr Chris Platt is a GP with over 10 years’ NHS experience and is best known for his role as Clinical Safety Officer at Operose Health. Educated at the University of Cambridge and UCL, he completed GP training in East Anglia before taking up a GP post in Southwark. Chris has been involved in health technology delivery since 2022 and focuses on ensuring patient safety within digital services. His areas of clinical interest include infectious diseases, obstetrics and gynaecology, and infant gastroenterology.

Dr Christopher Platt

Lead GP & Clinical Safety Officer

MPharmS, IP

Manveer is an Independent Prescribing Pharmacist with over 15 years’ professional experience and more than six years in the NHS. He is the Lead Pharmacist at Operose Health for North and Central London and leads central and digital teams supporting quality improvement across services. Manvear is recognised for his work in medicines safety, repeat prescribing, and clinical governance, including leading digital pharmacy delivery during the COVID-19 pandemic. His clinical interests include dermatology, minor ailments, and medicines optimisation.

Lead Pharmacist

Sam has eight years’ experience working in the NHS and plays a key role in supporting the smooth running of primary care services across Operose Health. With a background across multiple healthcare roles, she brings strong organisational skills, clear communication, and a focus on team support. She is committed to improving patient experience through efficient and well-coordinated services. Most recently, she has been responsible for the rollout of the new GP contract, working in close collaboration with the Clinical Safety Officer to ensure safe and effective implementation.

Sam Carney

Operations Manager

Arifa has over eight years’ experience within Operose Health and is known for her adaptability, leadership, and commitment to operational excellence. She has progressed through a range of roles, including receptionist, senior administrator, central team manager, and project manager, contributing significantly to digital service delivery and national rollouts. She currently works as an Operations Support Assistant, closely supporting senior operational leadership. Her work is driven by a strong focus on patient experience, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
